Otoko no ko refers to individuals assigned male at birth but identify themselves female. They could undergo hormone replacement therapy and GCS
to align their physical appearance with their gender identity. Otoko no ko are frequently associated with the Josou community and like sharing their femininity through clothing and makeup. Some people may consider themselves trap on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on their comfort level. In recent years, trap are becoming more visible and accepted in the community, resulting in greater awareness and understanding.
